Easy Peasy Seed Crackers

Healthy and moreish home made seed crackers are a tasty snack by themselves or with your favourite healthy dip.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup pepitas
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup linseeds (flax)
- 1 tsp sea salt generous serving, to taste
- 2 tbsp rosemary dried
- 1 1/2 cup water
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Mix again and spread thinly on lined baking tray, about 1⁄2 cm thickness is ideal.
- Bake for ~ 1 hr or until crispy.
- Let cool and break into pieces. Store in glass jar once cooled.
