Coconut Hot Chocolate

A light, but oh so decadent Coconut Milk Hot Chocolate Recipe that will warm you right up.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 3/4 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 – 2 drops Sweetner of Choice Stevia or Monk Fruit
  • 2 tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Vanilla or Extract

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all the ingredients into a saucepan over a medium to high heat, using a whisk to break up any clumps.
  2. Keep stirring until smooth and warm, then pour into a mug and enjoy.

NOTES

Note: I recommend not having this drink too late in the day, as cacao is a stimulant and can interfere with your sleep.
