Easy Peasy Seed Crackers

Healthy and moreish home made seed crackers are a tasty snack by themselves or with your favourite healthy dip.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup pepitas
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup linseeds (flax)
  • 1 tsp sea salt generous serving, to taste
  • 2 tbsp rosemary dried
  • 1 1/2 cup water

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and let sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Mix again and spread thinly on lined baking tray, about 1⁄2 cm thickness is ideal.
  3. Bake for ~ 1 hr or until crispy.
  4. Let cool and break into pieces. Store in glass jar once cooled.
