Healthy Muesli Bars

Nut Free, One Bowl and zero nasties healthy muesli bars

COURSE snacks and sweet treats

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • 2 serves Collagen
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground Vanilla
  • 2 tbsp Choc Chips
  • 1 Block of Dark Chocolate Topping

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Hand mix all dry ingredients.
  2. Add egg and tahini, mix should become sticky.
  3. Spread evenly into a pan.
  4. Melt chocolate and add stevia to taste.
  5. Spread over the top and pop in the fridge to set.
