  • 3 bunches Parsley finely chopped
  • 2 Cucumbers Lebanese, diced
  • 6 Tomatoes diced
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil quality
  • 2 Lemons juiced, 3 if you prefer
  • 2 tbsp Sea salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper to taste
