INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Kale or 2 cups if preferred
- 1 cup Cauliflower
- 1 cup Broccoli
- 1/2 cup Red Cabbage roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup Carrots roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup Coriander fresh
- 1/2 cup Parsley fresh
- 2 stalks Celery diced
- 1/2 cup Beetroot grated or cubed
- 1/2 cup Almonds slivered
- 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds generous handful
- 1/2 Avocado diced
- 1 tbsp Sauerkraut
- 1/2 cup Lemon juice for dressing
- 1 tbsp Ginger fresh, peeled and grated – for dressing
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar for dressing
- 1/8 cup Tahini for dressing – optional
- 1 pinch Sea Salt for dressing
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix all together and pour over dressing.
