INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Kale or 2 cups if preferred
  • 1 cup Cauliflower
  • 1 cup Broccoli
  • 1/2 cup Red Cabbage roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup Carrots roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup Coriander fresh
  • 1/2 cup Parsley fresh
  • 2 stalks Celery diced
  • 1/2 cup Beetroot grated or cubed
  • 1/2 cup Almonds slivered
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds generous handful
  • 1/2 Avocado diced
  • 1 tbsp Sauerkraut
  • 1/2 cup Lemon juice for dressing
  • 1 tbsp Ginger fresh, peeled and grated – for dressing
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar for dressing
  • 1/8 cup Tahini for dressing – optional
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt for dressing

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix all together and pour over dressing.
