- 3 bunches Parsley finely chopped
- 2 Cucumbers Lebanese, diced
- 6 Tomatoes diced
- 1/4 cup Olive oil quality
- 2 Lemons juiced, 3 if you prefer
- 2 tbsp Sea salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Pepper to taste
