Raspberry Zucchini Smoothie
- 1/2 Banana Frozen or Fresh
- 1/2 Cup Raspberries Frozen or Fresh
- 1 Cup Zucchini Sliced Frozen or Fresh
- 1 Handful Spinach
- 1 Serve Protein powder
- 1 Serve Collagen
- 3/4 Cup Nut milk eg almond
- 1 tsp Maca powder (optional)
- 1/2 Cup Ice
- Blend and depending on thickness pour into a cup or bowl.
- Top with some favourite crunch.
