- 15 gram protein powder clean, vanilla
- 15 gram collagen
- 1 tbsp nut butter heaped
- 1/2 cup cauliflower frozen
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup almond milk
Instructions
- Blend and depending on consistency, pour into a glass or a bowl and decorate with your favourite toppings.
