Grain free paleo, one bowl, fat burning instead of sugar spiking and super easy!! 🤩
COURSE lunch and dinner
INGREDIENTS
- 1 grated Zucchini
- 1/2 cup each of Pepitas, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, almond meal
- 1 cup Flax meal
- 1 tsp each bicarb, baking powder and rock salt
- 1 tsp Dried bone broth
- 4 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Coconut oil
- 2 tbsp Finely chopped rosemary
- 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix dry ingredients. Fold in wet ingredients. Spoon tbsp amounts into a greased muffin tray.
- Bake in preheated oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes or until cooked through and lightly browned.
