  • 1 Cup Zucchini Sliced Frozen or Fresh
  • 1 Handful Spinach
  • 1 Serve Protein powder
  • 1 Serve Collagen
  • 3/4 Cup Nut milk eg almond
  • 1 tsp Maca powder (optional)
  • 1/2 Cup Ice
