  • 1/2 cup Frozen Raspberries
  • 1 cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 Zucchini
  • A sprinkle Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 serving Collagen
  • 1 tbsp Linseeds
  • 1 serving Protein Powder Optional
  • Stevia to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients into blender with a handful of ice.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Top with your favourite toppings and enjoy
