Hormone Balancing Raspberry Chia Pudding
An easy healthy quick breakfast recipe.
PREP TIME 5 mins
- 1/2 cup Frozen organic raspberries
- 1 cup Plant milk eg almond or coconut
- 1/4 cup Chia seeds
- Stevia to desired sweetness
Mash raspberries, either with food processor or by hand.
Add chia seeds, sweetener and milk to a jar and stir.
Place in the fridge to set. Leave for 30 minutes or overnight.
Remove from fridge, top off with some crunch like desiccated coconut, cacao nibs and sunflower seeds and a scoop of coconut yogurt.
