INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Broth preferably tumeric, chicken or beef
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 handful Parsley large handful
- 1 handful Coriander large handful
- 1/2 cup Cauliflower
- 1/2 cup Broccoli
- 1/2 Zucchini
- 1/2 Lemon fresh, juiced
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Chilli to taste
- 1 tsp Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Pepper to taste
- 1/2 Zucchini as Zoodles, poor soup over top
INSTRUCTIONS
- Steam Cauliflower, Broccoli & Zucchini. Add all ingredients into a blender and serve on a bed of zucchini noodles.
