INGREDIENTS
- 4 Eggs
- 2 Small Bananas
- 2tsp Gluten Free Baking Powder
- 1/2 cup Almond Meal
- 1 serve Collagen
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- Coconut Oil for frying
INSTRUCTIONS

Mash bananas, add the rest of ingredients and mix until smooth consistency.

Pour batter in preheated greased pan and cook until bubbles on surface before flipping.

Remove when both sides are golden brown.

Serve with your favourite toppings: berries, coconut yoghurt, pan fried nuts/seeds/goji berries, dash of organic maple syrup.
