INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tsp Acai Power
  • 1-2 handfuls Spinach
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1 handful Frozen Cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 serving Protein Powder
  • 1 serving Collagen
  • 2 tsp Morlife Essential Reds

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until thick and creamy.
  3. Pour into a bowl and decorate with your favourite toppings, such as coconut flakes, granola or a tbsp of peanut butter.
