I mean, that blows my mind given that with the skin our second largest organ, we’ve got 50 layers preventing us from the outside to the inside, yet the gut wall is one cell thick. Why is that? Because today, I’m telling you about an amazing three day challenge that we’ve got coming up. So why do I love challenges? We are in the middle of the sixth extinction. The last extinction was the fifth extension, which was the extinction of the dinosaurs. So you may not know this, but it’s really important that we all realize that we are living in a bubble. And sometimes it isn’t until you get a diagnosis, then that bubble bursts, that you realize that we’re not in a happy place health wise. So I want to do my part in that whether you’re a leader in business or a leader at home, I want you to be the very best version of yourself that you can. Did you know that so many of our neurotransmitters are made in this gut lining 90% of our serotonin which is that hot neurotransmitter. You may know serotonin and being responsible for happiness and satisfaction. 40% or 40 to 50% of our dopamine is made in the gut line mean, most people think out of your transmitters are made in the brain. In fact, for every one message the brain sends to the gut nine messages are sent back from the gut to the brain. There is this two way communication, they were the same organ, one grew up and one grew down. That’s why what we do at the global feel better Institute is so important because we reprogram your body, we reprogram your gut and your mind, they can’t be disconnected. And when you start to look after the gut lining, when you start to look after the community of bacteria, the microbiome that lives in your gut, you will see a significant difference in your focus in your creativity in your ability to remember things. A lot of the time when I’m seeing clients in the clinic, they don’t remember what they ate. Yesterday, when I take a food journal, we don’t remember where we put our keys. And our life is being controlled by our microbiome. They control our thoughts, they control our heartbeats, they control our movement, they control our sleeping our blinking, it’s so interesting, when you look at what we’re actually made up of, we’ve got 20,000 genes, which is about two thirds of the amount of genes as the fleece or were two thirds of flea. Yet, we’ve got 40,000 species of bacteria, 2 million genes of bacteria, so really, we’re hardly human. And that blows my mind, this sets around parasites around funghi around viruses, 300,000 species of parasites 10 to the 31 species of viruses. I mean, this information is mind blowing, we are controlled by our microbiome. So it’s super important my plans always designed to, to nurture and look after the gut to really feed and see the microbiome to make sure that your colony of good guys, the good bacteria got stronger and can manage the colony of the bad guys in the gut. And that everyone can live in this really happy ecosystem. And the result that you those pesky symptoms that are stopping you from being your best self that is stopping you from driving more revenue that is stopping you from increasing your conversions from attracting your ideal client. Those symptoms like weight gain, like brain fog, like lack of memory, lack of focus, lack of productivity, like joint pain, all of those things are contributing to you, hindering you from living out your purpose. I don’t know about you, but I want vitality. I want longevity and vitality in my 50s in my 60s in my 70s I want to be running around I want the energy to live out my purpose.
