Hello, hello, I’m so excited about this podcast, we are talking one of my favorite things to talk about, which is infinite abundance. So those of you that know me know that we work at the global feel better Institute, with leaders, with founders, with entrepreneurs with CEOs. And we are all about helping them use their intuition and getting their health on track so they can grow their business and grow their life. This podcast is about how to develop the foundations for infinite abundance. I mean, who doesn’t want that? So I’m gonna be talking about five tips to create the foundations of infinite abundance. Yeah. Okay, so tip number one, develop an intuitive mindset. So I love the phrase when my mentor Abraham Hicks, the path of most allowance, have you ever heard the phrase the path of least resistance. Really, if you think about it, I like to change that perception to be the path of most allowance. Just think about that for a little bit. It is pretty cool. So one of my favorite sayings is change your energy, change your life by adopting the energy of transformation of what you actually want, you’ll be able to discover old outdated limiting beliefs that are no longer serving you. And by doing that, you can then have the awareness to remove that resistance. And when you do that, you will really be in tune to your own intuitive powers. We are all intuitive, so that you can consciously consciously that’s the point move in the direction of what you want. And that’s the fun of it. That’s the satisfaction really enjoying the journey. The power of the law of attraction to grow your business is very, very special. So we often talk about the law of gravity. And everybody knows that, for example, you can drop something from our pile or fall to the ground the law of gravity. Well, the law of attraction is as old as the law of gravity. But we don’t always use it or we don’t always use it to our advantage. So developing an intuitive mindset is really about using the law of attraction and your intuition to attract what you want. Tip number two, your biochemistry really matters being happy on the inside. For example, looking at bacteria, we are more bacteria than we are DNA we have microbes everywhere, the gut, the brain, the skin, the nose. Having these in balance is so super important to your focus to your creativity, to your ability to communicate to your mood to your weight, and all of those things are going to help you make better decisions help you run your business help you drive your revenue help you cut costs out of your bottom line, improve your profitability. I always do a full physical, a comprehensive look at what’s going on in my client. I look at blood chemistry, I look at what’s going on in the DNA of the stool test. I look at what’s going on with the hormones. So if you’re not balanced on the inside, how is it possible that you are able to move through conflict with any colleagues resolve problems when they come up? You need to know that your cells are happy from the inside and for me I really wanted to know I wanted to know what was going on in my blood chemistry. I wanted to know what was out of balance. I always loved getting a foundation a baseline for what’s going on and then we can identify how we move from where you are now to optimal health. But if you don’t know then how can you fix it? So we need a personalized plan to allow you to have infinite abundance in your business and in your life. Tip number three, metabolic flexibility. Did you know that only 6% of Americans are metabolically flexible, I mean that that is crazy to me. And you can use that stat really to extrapolate where I’m from in Australia or many countries in the world I’m sure. We are designed to be metabolically healthy to move through the day with a limitless supply of energy and vitality to be able to sleep through the night using our own fat stores as fuel. A great way to achieve this is by looking at what’s on the end of your fork because we have created an inflammatory lifestyle through the inflammatory diet that we are eating 99% of our disease is manmade that means hello, we created it. So it is rooted in inflammation. I promote an anti inflammatory diet the focus is on whole foods. Always buy the best you can afford organic or spray free fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds, sustainable animal products if you choose to eat them, lots and lots of healthy fats, right sources of protein, use your food as medicine and you will make better decisions, you will make more money you will have more creativity, you will be able to have better communication in business, you’ll be able to have growth and achieve limitless abundance. If you look after your tempo, you’re trillion dollar machine that nobody taught us how to use. Tip number four, sleep. Need I say more. latest research shows us dealing seven to nine hours of sleep a night. But guess what that is personal you have to work out how much sleep you need. And don’t tell me for hours because everybody needs between seven and nine hours of sleep a night for example, I really need that eight hours sleep and I do everything I can to protect it. There are so many things you can do to improve your sleep quality. It is the best free drug that is out there. You can make sure you’re adequately hydrated. You can use supports like magnesium or taurine, or glutamine or beautiful botanicals like lavender or calibre and your Poppy at night. I like to dim the lights around me. So even when the children are brushing their teeth, I have a really low land pine instead of it took me a while to realize that we were standing there with this really black, bright fluorescent overhead light above our head. And it just didn’t feel right, it didn’t feel at all relaxing. Remember, when you were a baby or when you’re looking after your little children and putting them to sleep, they follow a sleep routine, you’ve probably heard that. But how many of us adults have a proper sleep routine. And my other top tips that I recommend and use personally, blue blockers for screens, don’t eat within three hours of going to bed or do vigorous exercise, all of those things can impact your blood sugar and your hormones. And guess what you do have a sleep debt. So the research shows that you can accrue a sleep debt and you’ve got about three to four days to pay it back. So my recommendation is that if you do have a lower sleep, and for example, I was running a retreat recently, I was getting a lot less sleep, maybe even five hours sleep a night. So when I got home a few days later, I repaid all of that and I had the best quality sleep I probably had nine or 10 hours sleep a night for a few days in a row. So repay your sleep that people. And tip number five growth comes from taking radical action, taking these small action steps, but they don’t have to be big and they don’t have to cost a lot of money or take a lot of time. Taking tiny action steps really does create infinite abundance because you are always moving towards your transformation. My favorite thing to do and I learned this from the book, Eat That Frog I absolutely love that book, highly recommended and very easy read is to choose the top one or maybe two things that are non negotiable that if you go to sleep, you just have to get that done that day. So for example, it’s 529. Now my frog for the day, which basically means the biggest dirtiest, ugliest thing you have to do that day, the hardest thing that you tackle first. So I’ve been preparing for this podcast today is to record the podcast. And I just wanted to go to bed tonight having delivered this because I’m going away tomorrow and I want to get it to my producer so I’m not putting stress on her while I’m away. And thank you Jessica. So for once I’m going to be early with my podcasts. So the great thing is with this I could have added another five things that I had to do before I go away but then I will go have to bid tonight because the thing that I’ve done today is deliver this podcast feeling like a total failure. Now I’ve delivered this podcast, anything else I do after that is going to make me feel like a winner. So there’s a huge difference in vibration in energy in my ability to create an infinite abundance just in this action alone. So I want to go to bed feeling like a winner, I do not want to go to bed feeling defeated. So going to bed like a winner is a winner’s mindset. It’s an abundance mindset. I’m a creator. And I’m really building on this abundance Snowball is getting bigger and bigger and bigger because I’m exercising my muscle of celebration of completion of action. And what that’s doing is again, using that law of attraction to attract more success my way. So they are my top five tips to develop the foundation for infinite abundance, developing an intuitive mindset number one, your biochemistry number two, tip number three, developing metabolic flexibility, having happy cells on the inside. Tip number four is getting really good quality restorative sleep and working out how to do that even if you have to hack your way through it. I’m the biggest buyer, there are the biggest biohacker in health theories. And tip number five, developing a growth mindset through taking radical action towards your transformation.
