Super simple, Thai Chicken Meatballs. So delicious and packed with nutrients!

  • 500 grams Chicken Mince
  • 1 cup Coriander finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Essential Reds Powder I used Melrose Health
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt and Pepper
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tsp Chilli
  • 1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 tsp Dehydrated Bone Broth I used San Elk.


  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and roll into balls.
  2. Pan fry in coconut oil until browned on both sides.
  3. Serve on a huge bed of greens and a homemade dressing (Olive oil, salt and lemon juice).
