Sloppy Rocky Chockie

A healthy nutrient dense chockie bar full of healthy fats and protein.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Nuts and / or seeds and healthy marshmallows of choice (eg macadamias, goji berries and coconut flakes)
- 1 cup Cacao butter/coconut oil
- 1 serve Collagen
- 1/2 cup Cacao
- Stevia to sweeten
INSTRUCTIONS
- Hand mix nuts / seeds and spread out on lined pan.
- Melt chocolate, collagen, stevia, cacao and coconut oil. Taste test for the right sweetness.
- Pour over dry mix. Pop in fridge to set.
