INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bunch kale curly kale
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp cumin season to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Tear kale into chip size pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix kale with coconut oil, cumin and salt.
  3. Bake on greased paper at 150 degrees celsius for about 7-10 minutes or until crispy.
