Gut Loving Raspberry Smoothie

Amazing gluten free, grain free, sugar free, dairy free Raspberry Smoothie!

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cup Plant milk/ Almond milk
  • Stevia to taste
  • 1 cup Frozen zucchini
  • 1 cup Frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 Lime Squeezed
  • 1 serve Collagen
  • 1 tbsp Coconut yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup Ice

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Optional extras:

    tsp antioxidant powder
    1/2 tsp reishi mushrooms

2. Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with crunch of choice.
