- Blender
INGREDIENTS
- 2 litres chicken stock/bone broth homemade or organic store-bought
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 avocado
- 2 cups parsley
- 2 cups coriander
- 2 cup broccoli
- 2 cup cauliflower
- 2 zucchini
- 1 lemon fresh, juiced
- 1 tsp cumin to taste
- 1 tsp salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp pepper to taste
- 2 zucchini as zoodles (pour soup over the top of the zoodles)
- 30 gram chicken Optional – add a source of protein , eg chicken
INSTRUCTIONS
- Steam Cauliflower, Broccoli & Zucchini.
- Add all ingredients into a blender. Serve on a bed of zucchini noodles.
