Hi, I’m Jackie Bowker

What if I’m busy?

This program definitely requires some time to cut up fruits and veggies and put things together, because you are making your meals. I teach you my tips to save time and money in the kitchen with my proven process and all the meals are 'one bowl' and really easy, and quick to prepare. If you're too busy to do this, you can find some help to meal prep for you. If you don't have a few minutes to do this, this program is probably not for you.

Can our whole family do this?

Your whole family better do it because if they don't, they won't be able to keep up with you. I love teaching you my simple tips, to create easy, delicious food that the whole family can eat, and save some for leftovers so you always have nourishing, yummy food around.

Do I have to eat some goofy diet for this to work? Am I going to feel deprived?
