  • 2-3 cups Rocket
  • 1/3 cup Pine Nuts
  • 1/3 cup Hemp Seeds
  • 1 Lemon juiced
  • 1 Large Garlic Clove
  • 1 tsp Dried Bone Broth
  • 1/4 cup Quality Olive Oil


  • Blitz together, don’t overblend if you like it chunky.
