Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coconut shredded
  • 3 dates Medjool, pitted
  • 1/4 cup almond meal
  • 1/4 cup protein powder⁠ vanilla
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1 pinch sea salt⁠

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients to the food processor and pulse on high until the batter becomes wet and thick and sticks together.⁠
  • Transfer into a small bowl and use hands to form the mixture into balls.
  • Refrigerate for about 2 hours.
