Vanilla Cake Protein Balls
Delicious and Super Nutritious Vanilla Cake Protein Balls!
- 1 cup coconut shredded
- 3 dates Medjool, pitted
- 1/4 cup almond meal
- 1/4 cup protein powder vanilla
- 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
- 1 pinch sea salt
Add ingredients to the food processor and pulse on high until the batter becomes wet and thick and sticks together.
Transfer into a small bowl and use hands to form the mixture into balls.
Refrigerate for about 2 hours.
