
Thai Chicken Meatballs
Super simple, Thai Chicken Meatballs. So delicious and packed with nutrients!
Ingredients
- 500 grams Chicken Mince
- 1 cup Coriander finely chopped
- 1 tsp Essential Reds Powder I used Melrose Health
- 1 tsp Sea Salt and Pepper
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tsp Chilli
- 1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 1 tsp Dehydrated Bone Broth I used San Elk.
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and roll into balls
- Pan fry in coconut oil until browned on both sides
- Serve on a huge bed of greens and a homemade dressing (Olive oil, salt and lemon juice).
