Seedy Fresh Dinner Rolls

Grain free paleo, one bowl, fat burning instead of sugar spiking and super easy!! 🤩
Course lunch and dinner

Ingredients
  

  • 1 grated Zucchini
  • 1/2 cup each of Pepitas, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, almond meal
  • 1 cup Flax meal
  • 1 tsp each bicarb, baking powder and rock salt
  • 1 tsp Dried bone broth
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp Finely chopped rosemary
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Mix dry ingredients. Fold in wet ingredients. Spoon tbsp amounts into a greased muffin tray.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes or until cooked through and lightly browned.
