
Raspberry Crunch Energy Balls
Super delicious, protein packed bliss balls, perfect for a mid morning snack or afternoon pick me up!
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Ground Sunflower Seeds
- 1/4 cup Nut or Seed Butter
- 10-12 Fresh Medjol Dates
- 4 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 2 tbsp Water
- 2 tbsp Maca Powder
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp Collagen
- 1/2 cup Dried Raspberries
- 1/2 cup Pepitas
- 1 pinch Sea Salte
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients, except for raspberries and pepitas, until combined.
- Add raspberries and peptita and pulse once or twice until everything is combined but still with texture.
- Use a tablespoon to scoop out mixture and roll into balls.
- Place in airtight container and refriderate or freeze.
