Raspberry Bliss Balls

Raspberry Crunch Energy Balls

Super delicious, protein packed bliss balls, perfect for a mid morning snack or afternoon pick me up!

Servings 20 Balls


  • 1/3 cup Ground Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Nut or Seed Butter
  • 10-12 Fresh Medjol Dates
  • 4 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 2 tbsp Maca Powder
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp Collagen
  • 1/2 cup Dried Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Pepitas
  • 1 pinch Sea Salte


  • Blend all ingredients, except for raspberries and pepitas, until combined.
  • Add raspberries and peptita and pulse once or twice until everything is combined but still with texture.
  • Use a tablespoon to scoop out mixture and roll into balls.
  • Place in airtight container and refriderate or freeze.
