Hormone Balancing Raspberry Chia Pudding
- 1/2 cup Frozen organic raspberries
- 1 cup Plant milk eg almond or coconut
- 1/4 cup Chia seeds
- Stevia to desired sweetness
- Mash raspberries, either with food processor or by hand.
- Add chia seeds, sweetener and milk to a jar and stir.
- Place in the fridge to set. Leave for 30 minutes or overnight.
- Remove from fridge, top off with some crunch like desiccated coconut, cacao nibs and sunflower seeds and a scoop of coconut yogurt.
