Raspberry Chia Pudding

Hormone Balancing Raspberry Chia Pudding

An easy healthy quick breakfast recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Frozen organic raspberries
  • 1 cup Plant milk eg almond or coconut
  • 1/4 cup Chia seeds
  • Stevia to desired sweetness

Instructions
 

  • Mash raspberries, either with food processor or by hand.
  • Add chia seeds, sweetener and milk to a jar and stir.
  • Place in the fridge to set. Leave for 30 minutes or overnight.
  • Remove from fridge, top off with some crunch like desiccated coconut, cacao nibs and sunflower seeds and a scoop of coconut yogurt.
