Homemade Healthy Jelly

Jelly Bellies

Delicious and nutritious treat to cure your sweet cravings!

  • 2 tbsp Gelatin
  • 1/2 – 1 cup water Use 1/2 if you like extra firm I used 1 cup as I like them a little softer
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 25 drops Pure Stevia
  • 1 heaped tsp Essential Reds Powder I used Melrose Health


  • Put gelatin in a bowl of water to 'bloom' and leave for 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes, put gelatin mix in a saucepan on low heat with other ingredients and stir until melted.
  • Pour mixture into moulds or square pan and place in fridge to set.
  • Cut into desired shapes and enjoy!
