Healthy Muesli Bars
- 1 cup Sunflower Seeds
- 1 cup Shredded Coconut
- 2 tbsp Tahini
- 2 serves Collagen
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Ground Vanilla
- 2 tbsp Choc Chips
- 1 Block of Dark Chocolate Topping
- Hand mix all dry ingredients.
- Add egg and tahini, mix should become sticky.
- Spread evenly into a pan.
- Melt chocolate and add stevia to taste.
- Spread over the top and pop in the fridge to set.
