  • Blender

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 litres chicken stock/bone broth homemade or organic store-bought
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast⁠
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 cups parsley
  • 2 cups coriander
  • 2 cup broccoli ⁠
  • 2 cup cauliflower⁠
  • 2 ⁠zucchini
  • 1 lemon fresh, juiced
  • 1 tsp cumin⁠ to taste
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp pepper to taste
  • 2 zucchini as zoodles (pour soup over the ⁠top of the zoodles)
  • 30 gram chicken Optional – add a source of protein , eg chicken

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Steam Cauliflower, Broccoli & Zucchini.
  2. Add all ingredients into a blender. Serve on a bed of zucchini noodles.
