  • Blender


  • 1 cup Broth preferably tumeric, chicken or beef
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 handful Parsley large handful
  • 1 handful Coriander large handful
  • 1/2 cup Cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup Broccoli
  • 1/2 Zucchini
  • 1/2 Lemon fresh, juiced
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli to taste
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 Zucchini as Zoodles, poor soup over top


  • Steam Cauliflower, Broccoli & Zucchini. Add all ingredients into a blender and serve on a bed of zucchini noodles.
