I absolutely love to put loads of wholesome, nutrient-dense ingredients on the table for meals! You can make so many fun meals this way – whether it be san choi bao, nourish bowls of endless combos, tacos, make your own pizza, burgers, it’s so much fun to mix and match different combos. For my family, I prepare heaps of veggies, poached chicken and boiled eggs on the weekend for the busy week ahead. And a healthy dessert of course!! So after a long day at work all I have to do is throw together ingredients and voila I have a wholesome, nourish bowl!
