  • Blender


  • 1 cup Raspberries Frozen
  • 15 grams Collagen
  • 2 tbsp Almond butter
  • 1 tsp Red powder optional


  • Place the berries in a blender. Blend until the mixture is creamy and smooth. Add the nut butter and puree to combine.
  • Serve immediately for soft-serve ice cream consistency. If you prefer harder ice cream, place in the freezer for a few hours and then serve with a sprinkle of cacao nibs or other crunchy healthy fats you love like sunflower seeds, coconut flakes or goji berries! ⁠
